Blackjack
+Blackjack is composed of a dealer and a player. The dealer has six decks of cards, all mixed together.
Before the dealer starts dealing the cards, the player chooses the amount they want to bet by double-clicking on the chips pile, varying from CHF 1, CHF 5, CHF 10, CHF 25, CHF 50, CHF 100 to CHF 500, in order to place their bets. After placing their bet(s) the player must press the Play button.
As soon as the dealer starts dealing the cards, the player can't change their bets anymore.
Different buttons will light up according to the different possibilities and to begin the gameplay. For example, if i's possible to split the cards into two piles, the button Split will appear allowing the player to play with two separate hands.
The aim of Blackjack is for the player to reach or to get as close as possible to 21 by adding the values of all the cards received by the dealer, per hand, without exceeding 21. The player wins the game if they have a total of 21 or if their total amount is higher than the dealer's, bearing in mind that they will lose the game, or 'bust', if they exceed the amount of 21. If the player's amount is equal to that of the dealer's, the player will have their initial bet returned.
Standard cards are valued according to their number. Face cards are all valued at 10. With an Ace the player can choose to value it at either 1 or 11.
OPTIONS:
'DOUBLE'
The player can press the 'DOUBLE' button after having received their first two cards.
This option will automatically double the initial bet made by the player and the dealer will serve the player a third card face-up.
The player will not be able to receive further cards.
It is only possible for the player to double when they receive their first two cards or after having split their game.
'SPLIT'
If the first two cards received by the player have the same value, the player will be entitled to split their hand into two different hands.
Each hand is played independently.
The player now plays with two different hands and they can ask for as many cards as they want for each of their hands so long as he does not exceed 21.
If the player wants to split two Aces, if they get Blackjack it will be considered a single 21. If the dealer also receives a 21, this will be considered a draw.
'STOP'
The player can press the 'STOP' button after having received their first two cards.
This operation allows the player to quit the game and to recover all or half of their initial bet, depending on the state of play.
The game will then begin again as normal.
'INSURANCE'
The player has the choice to take an 'INSURANCE' when the dealer's face-up card is an Ace. This means that the player may gamble one half of their initial bet to insure against losing their entire bet if the dealer shows, besides his Ace, a hand with a 10 or a face card.
If the dealer's hand is an Ace and a 10, the player wins-two-and-a-half times their insurance bet (which means they would keep his initial bet and their insurance bet).
If the dealer's face-down card has a value of less than 10, the player will lose their insurance bet and the game continue as normal. The winner will be the one who is the closest to 21.
You cannot Split or Double when you have Insurance.
'Push' or 'Draw':
There is a draw when the dealer and the player have the same total amount in card values. In case of a draw, no one loses and the player's initial bet is returned.
European Roulette
+Betting restrictions: Please consider that betting on opposite single bets at the roulette tables is not possible. (Example: when you bet on the colour black, you cannot also bet on the colour red at the same time.) Additionally, per round, you can only cover 80% of the roulette table with your bets.
There are many different ways of placing bets in European Roulette. Each bet covers a selection of different numbers and has a different distribution, as it's shown in the section of the Payout Scheme (see below). The European version of Roulette has only one zero and offers more chances to win than American Roulette which has two zeros.
Single Bet
The player can bet on any number, including 0, by placing a chip directly on a number.
Split Bet
The player can bet on two numbers by placing a chip on the line separating the two numbers.
Street Bet
The player bets on three numbers in a horizontal line on the roulette table. Players place the chip on the vertical line between the outside and inside betting areas and win if the ball lands on any of the three corresponding numbers.
Corner Bet
The player can bet on four numbers by placing a chip on the corner where four numbers meet at one point.
Double Street Bet
The player can bet on two street bets, or six different numbers in two rows of three (streets), by placing a chip on the interior left border line intersecting the two rows.
Column Bet
There are three boxes labelled '2:1' at the bottom of the number columnns.
Dozen Bet
The player can gamble on a group of 12 numbers by placing their chips in one of the three boxes marked '1st 12', '2nd 12', or '3rd 12'.
If the ball lands on one of the player's 12 numbers, the pay-out has a ratio of 2:1. 0 is a losing number.
Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bet
The player can place a bet on one of the boxes to the left, on the long side of the table, covering half of the roulette table's numbers
(except for the zero).
